Cx complaint is unit not heating. Tested inspected and verfied complaint. Found the heater reading OL. Tested all other fuses and thermistors. Replaced element from pre id and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete. Cx paid in full by CC.

CX complaint is WM trips breaker. Inspected/tested and found washer GFCI outlet. I pulled amp draw on all cycles and it would spike at about 7a and settle to around 3.5 in any sin fuction. Could not get breaker to trip. CX stated that when plugging unit into a regular outlet that there are no issues and the breaker does not trip. Informed CX to seek help of an electrician. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete
