Installed new parts. All check ok.

Customers complaint is unit does not spin. Found 2 error codes for the motor. Previous tech said he replaced the motor twice. The motor sounds like its struggling when it starts to spin. Gearcase also knocks when agitating back and forth. NTO parts.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W11283592 (motor) and 1 W10721967 (cam) and 1 W11395618 (cap) and 1 W11513243 (basket) and 1 W11556728 (control) and 1 W11591637 (hrness)

"Cx complaint, water leaks onto the floor during the cycle, no error code found. Tested all circuits, found loose wire connection, backed out of the heater connection, repaired the loose connection and verified 120 vac at the heater circuit, also verified heater operation. Ran factory diagnostics to test, calibarte and verify unit operation...working as designed."
