Cx complaint unit not making ice. Arrived today and inspected and found it was not. Inspected harness at bottom of door and no tears. Placed unit into diagnostic cycle and ran test 44. Ice maker completed a harvest cycle. Ran test 45 and I could hear the valve try and kick on but was not dispensing water into ice maker. Pulled unit out and inspected dual valve that was changed by another complaint prior to us. Found valve was not plugged in correctly. Re connected valve and ran test. 45 again and now Ive maker filled with water. Tested water dispenser and that filled with water as well. Explained to Cx to give 24 hours for ice. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint that the unit is not dispensing water or making ice. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the reservior above the RC evap was frozen. I thawed the reservior with a heat gun and adjust the temp 1 degree higher for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
