"cx complaint unit not dispencing ice , checked unit and found yoke stripped not allowing it to grab ice bin to dispence ice . ordering all parts for repair .; ordrng 1 WPW10309864 (divider) and 1 W11671282 (auger motor) and 1 WP63052-2 (yoke) and 1 WP67006341 (gasket)"

came out and replace parts needed for repair . knobs still off center . advised cx to reach out to WP and see what they can do . no other parts needed for repair. cx agreed .

"cx complaint the unit is not turning on and tumbling. checked the unti and found that the door switch is not reading like it should open or clsoed. therefore, the unit needs a new swtich. cx did not want to go ahead with repair but instead wanted to replace the switch on his own. left cx with a quote."

"cx complaint no lights , found switch warped not allowing it to pop out and turn light on . tryed to uninstall and found switch coverd in foam not allowing switch to be fully uninstalled without damaging cabinet or wires . added new switch but was unable to wire it up properly cause of foam being in the way of the 2 connetors . called WP techline and was advised it will be sent over for review . sr7736631422"

"came out to resolve the issue. found the error code f5e1 now when i arrived. replaced the gearcsae, motor, etc. also replaced the lid lock. tested operation and calibrated the unit. unit is running as designed.; ordering 1 W11513248 (lid lock ar vs), used 1 W11513248 (lid lock ar vs) from stock"
