cx complaint is ice on the top right side of unit. checked and door had a curve and warped at the top and center looks like it comes out some. he said we just replaced door. unit checks. advised we will reheat and form gasket and advised cx this time to leave door shut for at least 30 min. over heated gasket some to help stick and flex more to seal. if issue comes back we will need to oder another door. hindges and unit seems good. job complete.

"No answer at door. Called office , office called CX and call was canceled. I was advised by keyon to move on."

Replaced both parts and unit won't power on. Checked voltage at terminal block and found from L1 to neutral is getting 23v. L2 to neutral is getting 120. Instructed cx to have licensewd electrician replace outlet and make sure getting 240v across L1-L2. Cx will call back if has proper voltage but still not working.

"Cx complaint unit won't start. Removed back panel and found continuity at all components. Checked and found improper voltage at the timer, replaced and still won't start. Noticed the interior light doesn't come on. Found improper volrtage at the door switch. Ordering parts, once available contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 WPW10569603 (door switch) and 1 W11625516 (start switch)"
