Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling in the RC and is super cold in the FC. Upon arrival I found that the RC has condensation all over the ceiling and the shelves. I also found that the FC has some frost in it as well. I found that the liner has separated from the cabinet in the bottom RH corner. I called TL and spoke with and informed him of my findings. THey are submitting the unit for review as the issue is unrepairable. I informed the cx that WP will be in contact with them in the next 3-5 business days with the next steps. Cx complaint is that the unit is making a grinding noise when going from agitate into spin. Upon arrival I found that the unit has no error codes. I ran the unit and found that the belt is slipping on the splutch. I am ordering the splutch and belt.
