"Checked door shipping container before job, did not note any damage. Fully unpacked door at house and found glass cracked around handle bracket mounts. Re-ordering door, please fully unwrap door at office and check it before sending it back out. When shipping please keep door upright. found dooris broken at nibb that pusshes in door switch in unit the inner liner of door is the issues per tech line; ordrng 1 W11512450 (door mircowave door)

Replaced parts and tested unit and unit is now as designed.
