Cx complaint that the unit is leaking while running. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. As soon as the water entered the unit it began to rapidly leak. I checked the drain pump and water valve they are both in place and secure. I found the leak coming from the side of the sump assembly. The sump assembly will need to be replaced to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (sump assembly)
