Cx complaint unit low ice production. Cx stated that unit wasnt making much ice until they changed the filter and and adjusted pressure to unit. Verified good pressure and 1F in freezer. Unit had about 32 cubes in it that it had made in the last 12 hours which is average. Was able to harvest ice and watch as icemaker filled. At time of visit unit is operating as designed no further work needed

"CX complains unit is not heating correctly. CX states unit will heat to desired temp but then drop temp rapidly. Bake element shows 22.2 ohms, broil element shows 18.3 ohms, thermometer shows 1.04k ohms. thermal fuse shows 0.01 ohms. Unit is recieving 240vAC to both elements during cycle, unit will need temp sensor replaced. Office to schedule return visit when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 WPW10181986 (temp sensor)"

"Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Tested unit and unit is now working as designed, no further work needed."

"I was able to access unit and found unit was plugged in and found condensor fan was not on. compressor and condenser share power. I found 0 volts to compressor and condenser. I removed control box and p1-4 terminal was pulling out the connector. I found connector locking tab to be faulty. I was able to push terminal in and found compressor and condener fan came on. unit began to build a frost pattern. unit needs unit harness to correct issue. called TL to document issue. called office talked to VL and got part ordered, scheduled cx for 4/10/23; ordering 1 W11565110 (unit harness)"

"cx complains unit was making a buzzing noise. Was able to access unit to find the unit unplugged, once unit was plugged in it immediatly went into a drain cycle. Was able to cancel drain cycle and access code f0e5 unbalanace error. Calibrated unit as well as did diagnostic component test to verify. Unit works as designed. no further work needed"
