Was able to access unit and replace icemaker. Wateched as is harvested and filled unit now checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not making ice. Found icemaler stuck halfway through rotation and had 120.2VAC. After flipping bail arm on and off a couple times it moved then stalled after resetting power to unit same issue. Will need icemaker for repair. Quoted cx and collected full amount. Once in office will need to set return with JL only as cx refuses any other tech; ordrng 1 W11397192 (icemaker)

Cx complaint gasket warped allowing warm air into unit. Was able to access unit and heat and seat gasket to fit. Unit now checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not powering on. Was able to access unit and found unit getting proper voltage at terminal block but no dc voltage to the console. Contacted techline. Verified 123VAC into power control but no dc voltage out. Reccomends power board. Quoted cx for repair and collecetd full amount. Replaced part with pre-id and tested unit now checks good no further work needed.
