"Cx complaint unit doesn't agitate. Entered diag and found F7E1 basket speed fault. Inspected underneath and found the splutch screw had come off drive shaft and fell into shield causing it to fragment. No damage to belt. Tightened screw so cx can use. Replaced washplate screw due to threads wearing. Ordering splutch and shield, once approved contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 WPW10550173 (shield)"

"While removing parts, found the capacitor leaking grease and the washplate is worn down. Both parts are in stock and set return for 5/26. Office will notify cx with time frame. Inspected underneath and found oil leakiung from gear case and belt wearing down. replaced the ice maker and the mold filled. the mold is not leaking. reset power to the unit and leveled the unit. the unit is now good
