"CX complains unit does not seem to be drying effeciantly. CX states this has been an issue for about 2 months. Found unit pass air flow testing. Unit is heating to 205*F at lint trap and drops to 144*F. Relay can be heard clicking on and off normally. Found unit front panel to be interfering with some buttons due to wear, unit will need front panel (NLA) and user interface replaced for repair. Office to schedule with cx when all parts arrive. "As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace timer. Tested unit and unit and found rollers were heavily worn. Replaced with van stock and tested now checks good no further work needed; ordrng 2 WPW10314173 (roller (JL VS))s, used 2 WPW10314173 (roller (JL VS)) from stock"

Ordering parts for repair and once in office will need to set return. Unit is registered but missing model and serial sticker.
