"Customer complaint lid latch has came apart arrived today and inspected unit. Verified complaint removed, defective lid latch strike and replaced part. Tested to make sure it worked properly and it does. Customer also stated that his wife finds that switching to heavy duty. It does not cycle to it tested for customer to show in fact that it does unit is working as intended. Job complete"

installed both ordered parts and restored power. ran a bake cycle at 350 in upper oven. average temp was 348. unit is working as designed.

"cx complaint is the unit not maintaining temps in either oven. i checked for codes and found F2E1, F6E4. cleared codes. both temp probs show correct temps in both ovens. ran upper bake and broil element and lower bake and broil element. they all heated in diagnostics. i ran a bake cycle at 350 in each oven. when oven beeped and displayed 350 my prob showed 248 and began cooling. prob never reached 350. F3E8 error appeared when starting cycles in both ovens. ordering control boards. parts CBE. schedule when available. cx paid 245 for service call, labor, shipping.; ordrng 1 W11294388 (control board) and 1 W11294389 (control board)"

arrivd to fridge section barley working and has lowcharge ice ball on fridge evap now. checked freezer evap and see no signs of leaks. added couple and uv drier to system and vacumed down in home postion and unit was holding vacume. fridge evaporator has to have a pin hole leak. ordering fridge evap for return part is instock so called into office and rescheduled for 8/1/23 for a 3 count job s.s. tech only; ordrng 1 W11492867 (fridge evaporator) and 1 w10913906 (coupler) and 1 look (look)

"cx complaint: freezer not freezing. Inspected freezer to see big ice ball covering evap thermostat. called JJ who said it was a low charge on the unit. Cx would like a refund for the parts we didnt use and for it to go toward seal system work. CX will call back to go over options on wednesday. Evap harness not needed, simple misdiagnosis.; ordrng 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W10832994 (compressor) and 1 WPW10608485 (evaporator)"
