"CX complai t was that the unit would not drain. I found that the unit had a stored 6-4 and 8-4 error codes. I was able to test the drain pump by disconnecting power at the pump and then testing voltage to the pump form the control. I found the propper voltage to the pump , but no movment. I accessed and replaced the pump. and unit test good. I collected $337.42 via check"
