Customer complaint yoke is stripped on auger motor after my last visit I diagnosed that was the issue arrived today and removed icemaker removed auger and yoke and replaced with new reinstalled and tested unit. Unit is now working properly cleared frozen ice and ice bin so that yoke does not strip again Unit is working as intended. Job complete.

Cx complaint was unit wasn't heating but powering on confirmed issue seen the RED L2 wire was connected but falling off from wire nut re installed all wire nuts and tested the unit again and everything worked as it should

Customer complaint icemaker makes ice but does not dispense arrive today and inspected unit and found yoke is stripped on auger motor ordering new auger motor and yolk and will return when parts arrives ; ordrng 1 W11671282 (Auger motor) and 1 WP63052 (Yoke) and 1 WPW10309864 (Divider)

installed valves and tested. both valves have good flow. ran calibration cycle. unit is working as designed.

"installed all orderd parts. unit has the defective style actuator, i replaced it with a VS part. ran calibration and service cycle with no issues, noises or leaks. sounds like unit has poor flow form cold valve during service cycle. ran cold valve, very little water flow. supply has good pressure. unit will need new valves. ordering part. cx request SB to return.; ordrng 1 W11481722 (actuator VS SB) and 1 W11038689 (valve)"
