cx complaint of frost build up in fc and door not sealing properly. Checked unit and found left had rail not allowing door to close all the way. Removed all frost from left hand side of fc and removed and replaced both rails. Gasket is thicker on left hand than right hand due to rails misaligned. New gasket not useable. Heated current gasket to soften material for proper fitment around fc door. Unit is working as designed.
