"cx complaint unit doesnt complete cycles at times. inspected unit and entered diag and found 0 saved error codes. ran auto test and found it when motor was getting power it was only humming. I found capacitor was showing open. I replace both capacitor and actuator. I retested unit and found unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 W11395618 (capacitor (FG VS)), used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR) from stock"

Cx complaint is that the unit is still having the same issue. Upon arrival I found that the screw holding the ice maker in place. I then called tl and informed them the the ice maker is not staying secured. Per TL the unit is deemed unrepairable. I informed the cx of TL decision. I also informed the cx that they can contact customer care for the next steps. Job complete

was able unit and found after adjusting heads per service pointer both simmer burners now lit with in 1-2 seconds. unit checks good.

"Cx complaint unit leaks. Inspected and found water leaking at the bottom left side. Water comes down through inside of door. Removed front panel and found the vent assembly leaking. The inner gasket is wrinkled and doesn't secure to deflector. Replaced vent assembly, ran test cycle and no leaks were found at end. Cx paid $324.39 for full repair. Unit checks good"

"with the help of AS we were able to access unit and replace all parts. I found left front orifice holder was wrong. I found after repair it was still having issues lighting. only part left is the valves. ordering left front orifice holder and both left and right manifold assemblies. once in please reach out to cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11333305 (L/F orifice holder) and 1 W11381267 (L/F, L/R manifold) and 1 W11378578 (R/CF, R/CR manifold)"
