"cx complaint unit returned to store for not washing said water would go in. inpsected unit cant hook up at this time valve test good all conenction are tight on control wash motor must be bad. unit is alo missing the kick plate and lady said to order that also. dishwasher will need to sump assem,kick plates and 2 screws for return; ordrng 1 W11460946 (sump assem) and 1 W11545318 (toe kick plate) and 1 W11579528 (kick plate panel) and 2 W11551775 (screws)s"

"reaplced bimetal harness,thermist,defrost control,fan and fan blade plugged unuit in and started cooling. unit is good to go"

cx complaint unit is not cooling well in fridge side freezer works good. inspected unit and fridge is 55 freezer -1 evap is frozen over fan is really loud snapped pic of evap. i found bimetal is reading 50k but looks like defrost heater does come on the way the ice build up. something is going on with the defrost cycle. ordering all parts to defrost system and the evap fan; ordrng 1 WP2315539 (fanmotor) and 1 WP2163777 (fanblade) and 1 W11577969 (bimetal harness) and 1 W11577965 (defrost control) and 1 W11577966 (thermostat)

cx complaint unit is making weird sound.inspected unti and could confirm.found a button sti=uck in the vent tube.tested unit after clearing tube and unit is now good.

"Gasket was fine and the original gasket ring was fine, the ring just came off. When client opened the door reinstall the original gasket, pulled on it, and tugged on it Gasket ring stayed tight as it could be"
