"CX complaint is that the unit is running when plugged in . I found that the when plugged in the drain pump runns. I entered diag and fou d a F9E1 and a F3E2 . I a, ordering 1 drain pump (W11458345) , and will use the pressure switch and control on return visit. A 2nd tech is need to safely remove the stacked dryer ontop od the wash. Once the contract is apporved, please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11458345 (drain pump) and 1 2ndtech (2nd tech / stacked unit)"

Was able to access unit and evacuate system. Pulled into vacuum which held. Then charged with 47G R600. Watched unit develope frost pattern. Unit now checks good no further work needed

"cd complaint unit stopped cooling. inspected unit and found room temps. gauges showed 25 in vacuum and 5 psi on the high side. I charged system with 140psi of nitrogen and found discharge line leaking as compressor. was able to seal line but found new bottle of R600A was malfuctioning, not threading on scale. unit only has 20g of R00a inside system. unit only needs charged. called office scheduled cx for 8/30/23 SS tech only. 1 call count; saved tckt"

Was able to access unit and replace compressor and drier. Pulled unit into a vacuumm then charged with 47G R600. Unit developed a frost pattern unit now checks good no further work needed

cx complaint that unit is not clsoing fc door and ice build up and leaking i found the unitto have clogged drain port was able to remove and declog and now seals and checkls good collected 120.00 cash in blue enevelope.
