i was able to access unit and replace the control as per previous visit. I found unit finished test 12 with no issues. i advised cx to run unit and call back if issues still are there.

"cx complaint sinse last repair unit makes noise when in a spin cycle. inspected unit and found 0 saved error codes. ran a auto test and found unit finished without issue. ran unit on a high speed spin and found unit shakes bad when empty. I found either spin basket or gearcase shaft is warpped. unit needs spin basket, gearcase, 2 call count due to spanner nut being seized. advised cx basket ships to cx, once in they will call to schedule a return.; ordrng 1 W11178227 (spin basket) and 1 W10902814 (wash plate) and 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W11551646 (spanner nut)"

cx complaint unti is still intermittently not finishing cycle. clothes wet at end of cycle. console was also replace the cx stated screen was showing add garment with lights still on screen. i entered diag and found 0 saved error codes. test 12 I found unit finished without issue. ordering control. scheduled cx for 11/7/23; ordrng 1 W11550649 (control)
