CX complaint is WM no op. Replaced lid lock and same result. New control installed before bad drain pump and pump fried new board.Reordering control and drain pump. Also ordering lower harness. Cannot reschedule due to part availability; ordrng 1 W11396717 (drain pump) and 1 W11621180 (control Reorder) and 1 W11568984 (harness)

"Went to replace gearcase and could not get it to fit properly. Not sure if it is a defective part. Upon further inspection I found the outer tub defective and leaking. Reorder gearcase, basket, Order outer tub , splutch, actuator, capacitor. Return with suspension, motor. Cannot reschedule due to AIG contract.; ordrng 1 W10752187 (screw) and 1 W10752719 (basket reorder) and 1 W11219115 (outer tub) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11395618 (capacitor)"

"CX complaint is not spinning . Replaced gearcase, splutch, belt, basket. When putting washplate back on mounting bolt snapped off inside of gearcase rendering washplate useless. Reordering gearcase and washplate and bolt. Unit also needs new motor and suspension the has become worn and defective. Cannot reschedule due to AIG contract; ordrng 1 W11454734 (gearcase ReOrder) and 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 W10913953 (actuator FRVS) and 1 W10752187 (screw) and 1 W10902814 (washplate) and 1 W11130362 (suspension), used 1 W10913953 (actuator FRVS) from stock"

"Cx complaint is unit not completing cycles. Replaced dispenser from previous diagnosis. When testing found excessive play in the drive hub. Unable to remove the agitator at this time and it will have to be drilled/cut to be removed. Ordering basket, gearcase, splutch, belt, washplate. "CX complaint: not agitating and not dispensing fabric softener. Tested and verified complaint. F7E5 error code. I found capacitor leaking oil which caused actuator to fail. Replaced actuator and capacitor.Fabric softener is getting very little water.
