I was able to access and replace the lower door seal. I tehn tested unti on a normal cycle. I fou d the unit to be opperating with out issues. Unit test good.

CX complai t is that the lower door seal is tearing/ fraying is 2 differant locations. I am ordering 1 door seal (W11664713). I have set a return date for 12/5/23; ordrng 1 W11664713 (inner door lower seal)

cx complaint that unit is not stopped spinning after around 17 mins will keep slwoly spinning and not advsnce in time ort through out to complete the cycle .. when arrived i checked the system info the correct model and serial number are in the system and reclaoibrated the unit and then ran test durning those test stopped. and functioning correcrtly. call TL spoke to austin hookup to wifi then use app to update the software. through mobile app .. also instructed to; saved tckt
