came out and replaced parts ordered. ran dlms as well as calibrated and ran auto test. then let her put a load in and run unit as well to listen to unit. unit has a bunch of running issues. had to replace again. after multiple resets and tests we got unit to run right. she will try a few cycles and see how unit does. job complete.; used 1 W10734521 (SLIDER BR VS) from stock

replaced lid and checked unit. unit checks. job complete. cx paid in full with Visa

replaced parts stiill making noise when agitating clanking sound.. all scres and bolts tight unit is operaitonal and no noise diurning spin.. unit will need last part install then 2 count for transmisson replacement with agitator compromised causing extra time to remove and do repair. calo to reschd parts are in stock; ordrng 1 W11449841 (trnsmisson) and 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 2coutn (2 count)

cx complaint is unit leaks and the bottom of fridge is always full of water. checked over unit and the drain in freezer is frozen over. took temp readings of 39 in fridge 8 in freezer. unit has ice build up at drain and water is leaking down through ait ports.broke unit down to fnd drain hold froze over. melted and cleared drain and removed all ice. unit now drains and checks. job complete.

cx complaint that unit is still making noise nd is operating tho but the unit is making noise when agaitating i found stator worn aagain and will need the following parts after last slider been replaced.; ordrng 1 W11260238 (rotor) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch)
