CX complaint was that the inside of the drum had some high temp adhesive from the rear flet of the drum leak through on the drum. I was abel tp use a plastic seperating tool to remove/peal the adhesive off. UNit is with in the frist 30 days of ownership. Unit test good.

"CX comlplai t was that the unit wou,ld not drain . I found a F9E1 error code. I inspected teh rear of the unit and found that CX is using a old drain hose with mor then 2ft curled underthe unit on the floor. I attempted to pick the hose up to help drain and foun d that the left rear foot of the unit was ontop of the drain hose crimping in closed. I was able to ope the crimp and water was able to drain. I advised CX to use the provided drain hose that came with the unit. I also advised CX to refferance the drain install intructions in the owners manuel. CX will replace drain hose."

replaed valve and checks good (cx will need new suppoly hoses showed cx leak from hose)

Cx complaint unit not cooling right after previous repair. Stated the ice melted and fridge was fine freezer high. Only had 2 items in fc so took product temp and found 12F removed evap cover and only had frost on top 2 rows. Cleared hair from condensor and didnt improve. Hooled up gauges and had a 15 in vacuum and no reading on highside but when I pushed schrader refrigerant came out. Discharged system and pulled into vacuum. Charged with 140psi nitrogen and no movement in 23 minutes. Pulled back into vacuum and charged 56G r600 and watched as it created full frost pattern. Contacted techline while on phone low side was 2 in vacuum and highside was 102 psi. Cx will need to allow unit to cool and continue to monitor but as of now unit checks good. No further work needed

replaced control and tested no issues durning testing
