"replaced timer. upon inspecting knob before putting on, found crack on knob causing knob not to turn timer. ordering knob, send knob directly to CX and complete ticket out when sent. - gluing knob to try to get cx by until she gets new knob.; ordrng 1 W11675852 (knob)"
