Cx complaint is door falling open. Found the right spring had got caught on the insulation causing it to come unhooked from the hook. Corrected spring and applied grease to spring and shaft. Unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

"Cx complaint is unit not filling with hot water. Tested inspected and could not verify complaint. Cx stated that both loads after previous visit were cold even though they were set to hot, and no cold water came into unit. Upon testing unit, all valves and cycles were working as designed. Replaced inlet valve just incase it is getting intermittenly stuck. Retested unit, unit is working as designed. Job is complete."

Cx complaint is unit filling ice bucket with water when IM is turned on. Found the fill tube out of place causing this issue. Corrected fill tube and unit is now working as designed. Cx also wanted unit to be leveled but was unable to do so due to the floor under the unit. Cx is aware of issue and will have to correct floor is he wants unit to sit level. Job is complete.

We are certain that VIA’s service records document the four (4) scheduled appointments made to our home for the purpose of addressing a serious excessive vibration/shaking problem with our new Maytag problem since it’s installation on 7-11-23. Tyler has attempted to eliminate this problem each of the three times he has been to our home. His attempts to do so have, unfortunately, not been successful. To his credit,he has replaced major components of the washer and the problem persists! We want to stress that we believe that Tyler is an experienced, highly trained ,knowledgable ,and expert technician who has done his level best to remedy our washer’s problem. At this point, we firmly believe that Maytag...Whirlpool Corp. Inc., should now do what is fair and reasonable by contacting us either directly or through our appliance dealer, John’s Home Appliance Center ( who has been wonderfully supportive) in order to resolve this entire issue. Technician was extremely courteous and very knowlegable about our problem and ordered the part and installed it without any problems. The VIA system they use to order parts and than to advise the customer of when the parts ave been rec'd and then set up the installation appt. is first rate.
