cx complaint that unit is not dispencing ice i found the teeth iun the bucket are not turning alothough the coupler and and auger are not stripped and trying to turn it.. i removed bucket tried by hand and not moving.. replaced with pre id bucket and now operates and turns no issues and cchecks good.

REPLACED THE SUMP WASH MOTOR UNIT TESTED GOOD. 120V TO SUMP NO WATER MOVEMENT UNIT GOOD NOW.
