Clients complained was the unit wasn't making ice confirmed the issue Seeing that the ice Maker was making ice but it was very slow and there was a loud sound coming from the back of the unit. When I pulled the unit out I took off the bottom kick plate and seeing the sound was coming from the compressor when I wrapped it up in diagnostic mode. The sound got louder and louder. I ran an app draw on the compressor and got 1.78 amps. Coming from the compressor which is pretty high and the compressor was also running very hot.Took apart the inside of the refrigerator to take a look at the evaporator which had a great frost pattern Check at the bottom of the door for any damage of the wires seen. The red and yellow wire was cut at the bottom of the door client will need a new compressor and a new freezer door.; ordrng 1 W11557671 (Compressor) and 2 W11504415 (Couplers)s and 2 W11504431 (Couplers)s and 2 W11506619 (Couplers)s and 2 W11504447 (Couplers)s and 1 W11109499 (Drier) and 1 W11566705 (FC door)

installed IM and restoed power. cycled IM and it worked properly. unit is workign as designed.

"cx complaint is the unit not cooling. when i arrived unit was plugged in, set to 33/-3. both sections were at room temp. no frost on either evap. no fans or compressor running. pulled unit out and ran test 4. compressor ran but sounds slow even at full speed and is pulling 3.2amps. condensor fan is running. neither section got cold at all. unit has a SS issue. quoted cx for new compressor.; ordrng 1 W10276644 (compressor)"

"Customer complaint light is not working in damage to consul on bottom right side on stainless. After previous text visit, he had found the unit needed a new consul as well as lightbulb arrived today and verified complaint. Disconnected power removed consul and replaced with new removed old lightbulb and installed new one. Powered unit on and tested microwave with wet paper towel unit heats and lightbulb. Turns on full and half unit is now working as intended. Job complete"

arrived to instal parts and cx said unit is now freezing food in the pantry drawer. unit is set to recomended temps. prob shows 31 in pantry drawer. prob shows 38 on top shelf. i found pantry drawer does not stay closed and is set on the coldest setting. levled unit so door stays shut and adjusted to a warmer setting. installed ordered parts and tested IM. IM cycled and filled properly. unit is working as designed.
