Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit back in and the compressor and fans came on. I left the unit run for several minutes and found that it developed no frost pattern. I quoted the cx for cost of the SS repair. Cx paid the service charge and will not be going thru with the repair. Job complete

cx complant unit not proceeding thru cycle. inspected unti and found that the belt had slipped off of the pulley and motor assembly. was able to reattach belt and test unit. unit now checks good.
