replaced cooktop and now checks good

"CX complaint the seal on cooktop is coming off. Inspected and found the seal in between the glass cooktop and metal framing is peeling. The glass abiove back right burner is disconnected from metal and caused glass to fall. Ordering cooktop, once available, contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11175876 (cooktop)"

cx complaint that unit is is flashing f6e6 and f1e1 both acu manager board failures we tried unplugging and replugging no luck flashes codes right away was able to move out to access board and replaced with pre id baords and tested fully reached 350 both ovens and didnt stop unit is functional today.

"CX complaint is that the oven door now opens past 90 degrees and will not close / stay sealed. I found that the unit will need new hinges and CX wasts to replace the gasket/ door seal. UNit will nee 1 hinge kite (12002489), 1 door seal (WP71001970), and 1 tub high temp adhesive (WPY055980). I quoted CX for the cost of repair. I collectec $90.00 for service charges due to unit being 2 units in 1 home service trip. CX discuss with wife and call back if repair is wanted due to age of unit ."

CX complaint is was that the FC door handle pulled off of the door. CX lost set screws. I was able to install provided handel and set screws from CX. I handle is secure to FC door. I colledted $165.00 for service/labor charges via check
