"cx complaint of compressor not turning on. Upon arrival unit is unplugged. Plugged unit in and tested unit. Control was in off position. Turned unit on and let run for about 15 min. Checked amp draw and frost pattern. Amp draw settled at .72 amps and is low indicating a leak. Checked futner and found leak at evap and condensor. Will order evap and condensor, also compressor with running on low charge overheating compressor.; ordrng 1 W10836706 (evaporator) and 1 WPW10219348 (condenser) and 1 WPW10507886 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W10913906 (coupler) and 1 876765 (mtg kit)"

cx complaint of unit making a grinding noise. checked unit and no codes stored at this time. Ran test and found gearcase leaking oil and splutch sheared at neck making noise. Removed and replaced splutch so that unit may be used while waiting for gearcase.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W11239857 (belt)

"cx complaint of unit not powering on. checked unit and attempted to enter test mode but control will not respond. opened console to check component resitances. shifter 2.5 kohms, lid lock 108 ohms and drain pump at 23ohms, motor start winding at 2 ohms should be minimum of 3.5. unit needs control and motor. Quoted cx 120 service call and 110 labor. parts cbe cx paid 120 service call via check and owes 110 labor upon return.; ordrng 1 W11222082 (motor-drve) and 1 W11368855 (control)"

"cx complaint of rc stopped cooling and frost on back wall of fc. Upon arrival unit unplugged. Based off of cx complaint will be defrost issue. Put unit into defrost and jumpered bi-metal. no voltage to harness from control. removed and replaced control and evap harness and tested again. confirmed voltage to heater and heater resistance in range. Re-assembled, unit is working as designed."
