fridge items on top shelf freezing found some items blocking back wall informed customer on air flow and how the freezer cools the fridge section through the diffuser blocking back wall could and will most likely lead to freezing also adjusted setting on freezer limiting air into fridge section

fridge when doors are left open to clean at times light takes hours to come back on in fridge section freezer not effected left doors open till they timed out and pressed door switches released lighs back on test 16 checked switches not sticking or binding customer also stated when it happens unable to dispense water or ice tested everytime lights came back on spoke with tech line. milk was sticking out from shelf

"installed hinges, issue persists, checked unit, found unit uneven, not level front to back or side to side. touching sides of cutout on bottom left and top right, preventing unit from being leveled properly. advised cust will need to contact installers to have installation fixed to insure unit works properly."

dishwasher replaced sump and vent tested now moving water and replaced vent
