cx complaint of light stays on not matter what and has to unscre bulb to turn light off. checked unit and found triac circuit bad for light operation on control. also found lamp housing slightly melted and needs replacement.; ordrng 1 W11552018 (control) and 1 8206232A (lamp 40 watt) and 1 WPW10210878 (housng-lmp)

cx complaint of unit not working at all cannot touch buttons and had error codes pop up. cx also mnetion power outages recently. checked unit and found codes f2-e1 and f3-e0. checked temp probe and is checking good at 1.09k ohms and should be 1k-1.2k. control is seeing 83 degrees and laser is reading 78. cleared codes and attemtpted to heat to 350 and unit popped f3-e0 again. unit will need control.; ordrng 1 W10894098 (control) and 1 W10893947 (panl-cntrl)
