"opened system and had freon in the system possible it was full. unit has aluminum lines so couples are needed. replaced the compressor coupler stube drier then vacumed system down then filled to 3.7oz and started cooling. unit is good to go; ordrng 2 w11504434 (coupler SD V/S)s and 1 w10913906 (process stub SD V/S) and 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), used 2 w11504434 (coupler SD V/S), 1 w10913906 (process stub SD V/S), and 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) from stock"

The complaint was the unit wasn't cooling. Confirmed the issue when I got into the house. I immediately heard the start run Connected my kilo Watt meter. Seeing the unit was getting about ten Amp Went behind the unit plugging a new start device. That I had on my Van but that didn't work either. Client will need a new compressor and dryer.; ordrng 1 W11209866 (Compressor) and 1 W11490399 (Drier)

cx complaint overfill and f0e1. arrived today confirmed issue . installed part. cleared error code. ran a quick service test. no error codes found after repair. repair is complete

cx complaint unit isleaking and sometimes does not drain.inspected unit and found unit to drain properly everytime i tested it.further testing found cold valve to stay open and keep filling even with unit being off.then found pressure switch to ohm out OL.unit needs a new water valve pressure swith WPW10304342, WPW10289387; ordrng 1 WPW10304342 (switch) and 1 WPW10289387 (water valve)

cx complained fc door was warped. confirmed cx complaint. installed new fc door. used heat gun on seal. door sealing as should.
