"Installed new latch/ strike . goes through diag cycle, now locking.. Making loud noise from belt and clutch .. not shifting / engaging correctly . Ordering shifter, splutch and belt.. also the clamp for drain hose failed, needs new clamp..; ordrng 1 W10721967 (clutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W10913953 (shifter) and 1 WP356138 (clamp)"

Cx compliant unit is not working properly inspected unit found cx uses this unit 10 or more times a day. Checked venting and is working properly plenty of volume this is a physical therapy center. So heavy useage of dryer cx has noticed in between loads if she leaves door open a while for it to cool down unit will operate normally again called whirlpool TechLine to document and Advise. TechLine Stressed this is not a commercial Grade Unit and cx is using the unit outside it's design. Unit is working as designed.

Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found drain pump is humming however is not draining at all tried to knock on casing to break loose fan unable to get unit to drain ordering the drain pump assy. Cx states there could be other issues unable to verify without the drain pump functioning ; ordrng 1 W11396717 (Drain pump assy)
