"Cx complained the unit had an error; Inspected the unit and the error was for stuck key, F2E1. The connections are all secure. Installed new console and after programming tested and the unit now operates as designed. Job complete"

Cx complaint unit door does not close. Inspected unit found catch fell off. Resecured catch. Tested door x10 times. Unit is heating.

Cx owes 260 in labor on return.; ordrng 1 W11316255 (hot water valve) and 1 W11316256 (cold water valve)"
