"installed new damper, filter housing and fan motor. unit now wor,ing as should"

"cx complained unit was making loud humming noises. after inspecting unit confirmed cx complaint. i could hear a loud humming noise coming from damper. also when dispening water, filter housing making loud noise. after inspecting Fc side. could see frost around shelfs and top of unit. unit will need evap fan motor, damper and water filter housing; ordrng 1 W11236851 (damper) and 1 WPW10394053 (filter housing) and 1 WP2315549 (fan motor)"

removed dryer and was able to further diagnose the unit. i found no loose connections. replaced motor control with preIDed part and tested several times. unit is working as designed. cx paid in full.

"cx complaint is the unit not running cycles and displaying F6E6. when i arrived water in the house was turned off due to a leak in the shower. i checked for codes and found F6E1, F5E2, F3E4. i tried running service cycle. door locked and unit did nothing else. i cancelled cycle and door will not unlock. cycled power but it still will not unlock. called techline to document. they advised ohming motor, check pressure switch, check drain pump. SR#7736932914. will need to return with 2nd tech to further diagnose unit. called office to set up return for 7/31. quoted cx for service call and 200 for labor. cx paid service call and understands labor, parts, shipping, tax will be due once unit is further diagnosed. marking parts for use on return.; saved tckt"

installed ordered parts. calibrated and tested unit for cx. unit is working as desinged.
