c xsays the unit has dropped again and the door hits the cabinet when closing. found the unit does hit the cabinet side when closing the door. called tech support and spoke with a drew. file number. was told to pin the legs with screws. installed the screws to hold the legs in place. the unit is now good

cx complaint that unit is making loud humming buzzing sound. when arrived tested the fc fan and also damper compressor test. i found the unit to have npo cooling issues and also foudn the unit be vibrating from the condensor vibrating. will order w11553819 and layer the proper tubing to help linmit the noise vibrations.; ordrng 5 w11553819 (thermal mastic)s

arrived and replaced the panel and the drum and still making a scrapping on the right side only. i found the unit be good on the left side and the panel is not flexing. but when you watch the side of the right panel does scrap and flex every rotation. will need reschd with contact durning M-F to contact wp but please email these notes to conatct email for their records so they can make any further actions needed beforehand.; saved tckt

"Cs unit stopped making ice, confirmed complaint. I found unit not getting any water, water valve is humming, I removed filter and instantly got my water back, enter diagnotics and verified everything else is working as designed. Unit is working properly. Advised to to Replace he filter."
