"Replaced parts, i ran test mode and everything cks and works fine"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining properly and is throwing an F9E1. Upon arrival I verified the error code. i then ran a diag cycle and found that the unit is filling but is struggling to drain. I inspected the drain hose and found that the hose is connected to a vent that is mounted to the sink. I removed the hose from the vent and started a drain cycle. The unit drained immediately. I informed the cx that the vent set up is not allowing the unit to drain. Cx is going to run the drain hose directly to the disposal. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the door is not staying closed when closed. Upon arrival I found the door closes properly and seals properly when closed slowly. When the door is shut rapidly it bounces and desn't always stay closed. I found that the unit is functioning and cannot be closed hard. Job complete

cx complaint is he changed the filter and now water is very slow to none out door and now ice is not the same as well. units O-O-W and he knows. tested and checked unit. unit has a leak at the filter housing and leaks out the back. cant turn water on and test without flooding the floor. unit will need filter housing replaced. she said new filter will be here when we come back. husband is out of town and she wants to talk to him first and will call back to schedule. she paid 140 cash for service call.; ordrng 1 WPW10121138 (Filter Housing 78.70)

cx complaint is unit doesnt get the water it needs and makes noises ans sounds and not runnng like it should. no codes at the time. tested unit and ran a quick wash. unit filled and ran as it should. has a hard shift and valve is louder then normal.she said it was a lot quieter when she got unit. will order parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11481722 (Shift Actuator) and 1 W10721967 (Clutch) and 1 W11513255 (Water Valve)
