"cx complaint of unit not dispensing water and ice and rc not cooling. Checked unit and found evap frosted over. Control is seeing thermistor and is in range. Defrosted unit and found brown wire feeding voltage to heater not seated in connector causing no defrost. Properly secure pin into connector and seated connector, activated heater and confirmed defrost function. Checked water pressure and no water pressure fed to unit cx needs to call a plumber to correct water flow. Unit is working as designed."
