Per previous tech I was able to access and repalce the spray arms. I then tested the unit and found that it is now spraying as intended. job complete

Cx complaint unit doesn't dispense ice. Attempted to dispense and found 2-3 cubes comes out and the auger bogs down and stops. Removed ice bin and found ice jammed at the front. Ice had built on the auger in the bin. The auger locks up in bin causing the motor to stop. Removed ice from auger and the housing. Placed bin in and it now dispenses full cubes and crushed ice. Unit checks good

cx complaint is unit not washing things and things still wet. checked over unit and found boh arms clogged. she cleaned grill things and now has the black char piece in them. unit needs boith arms replaced. cx paid in full. office will schedule when parts are in.; ordrng 1 W11469209 (Upper Arm 36.37) and 1 WPW10320512 (Lower Arm 56.00)

CX complaint the bottom icemaker doesn't make ice. Jumped icemaker at T&H and the bail arm raised and lowered. It call for water but no water fills. The valve buzzs with no water coming through fill tubes. Tubes aren't frozen. Gave cx quote for full repair of valve and she 'll discuss with spouse about moving forward. Cx paid $139.service fee; ordrng 1 W11129435 (valve)
