cx complaint unit is not washing good said they changed setting and didnt really help. inspected unit then checked for error codes and had 8-1 so let service run sounds like diverter never stops moving during test spray arms sounds ike they are not moving and at the end 6-4 and 9-2 error popped up. went back into diag and only shows f8e1 does not save other errors. ran unit on normal opps and spray arms never move. gave cx quote for new sump/motor and lower spray arm and he paid for service wants to discuss repair with wife.; ordrng 1 W10805015 (sump/motor 266.21) and 1 W11553338 (spray arm 75.95)

"Cx states right RC door gasket tearing, inspected and confirmed. Installed new gasket, used heat gun to adjust gasket and generate seal. Unit is working properly."

"Cx states unit leaking, tested and confirmed, water leaking from diverter. Installed new sump, ran service test, completed and gave F10E3 drying fan error, checked wiring, wiring is good, advised cx to fix drying fan we would need to replace control board, cx declined additional service."

cx complaint not working. arrived and installed all parts. ran a service diag after install. dw is now working correctly.

cx complaint leaking from fc. arrived and confirm found. drain blocked unblocked drain with steamer and installed new drain kit. repair is complete.
