"Customer complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Found the unit with nothing on, unit not plugged in. Power restored and the compressor started buzzing loudly, then tripped the overload. Checked compressor current draw and found it drawing 12A. Unit needs a new compressor. Cooling turned off.; ordrng 1 W10507884 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W11506635 (coupler)"

fridge resetting stays on for about 15 secs noise being made and rests again restored power entered test three found evap fan surging replaced entered test three normal exited out of test mode reinstalled panels drawers and door calibrated measure fill unit stayed on and started to cool

washer noise during cycle found shipping bold holder with wear on one corner left lower side removed tested sounds normal diag no errors spoke with customer and stated noise seemed to come from lower left side
