Was able to access unit and replace parts. When I removed the spin basket found that it fractured which was part of the issue. Replaced all parts but ordering spin basket which will ship to cx house and they will call for return; ordrng 1 W10752719 (spin basket)

Justin has been doing a great job trying to fix my ice machine. He told me today that it’s not fixable, but I appreciate his effort. This is the 3rd time he’s been out trying to fix it. Very nice young man. I’ve had a warranty with Whirlpool now for like 10 years on my fridge. Very disappointed in the problems I’ve been having with this Maytag refrigerator. This is about the 5th or 6th time this ice machine has caused me problems.
