Cx complaint is that the unit is not turning on. Upon arrival i attempted to enter into diag and found that the control was unresponsive. I accessed the control and verified that the unit is getting 123.4 v to the board. I am ordering the control. replaced and tested and now works

"Replaced cooktop, restored power and all burners now heat and cycle from high to low. Electricians came out and found unit wasn't getting proper 240v after previous visit. Unit checks good"

Per previous I arrived and inspected the door. I found a small scratch on the door the cx received. Cx did not want the door switched out and was ok with the small dent on the current door. I found that the DIspenser UI is separating and is not fully illuminating. I am ordering the UI. I was able to set the return visit for Tuesday 10/10 anytime.; ordrng 1 W11203289 (Dispenser UI)
