CX complaint is oven will not heat properly. Inspected/tested and verified. Oven never worked after repair. I found relay at board clicking on and off about every 20secs and unit would not heat past 315deg. Checked sensor and got 1.237k at room temp and 1.515 at 315deg. Unit needs control boardQuoted CX cost for repair of $548.99. CX declined to go with repair and paid the SC fee of $139 by CC. If CX changes mind the balance would be $409.99. Job is complete

CX complaint is DW flashes. Inspected but could not fully test. Very few buttons on UI console work. Verified proper power and terminal block. 120VAC to control. Unit actually functioins just cannot be controlled. Ordering console and control. Cannot reschedule due to part availability; ordrng 1 W11165145 (console) and 1 W11120155 (control-elect)

Replaced control board and UI per prior techs diagnosis. Unit has been working properly. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete

Arrived at CX home. CX never inspected new tub before calling for Appt. I opened box up in front of her and there was oil splattered all inside of tub. She also found a dent on the bottom of tub. CX did not want tub installed in this condition. Reordering tub. I informed CX to make sure she opens box for new tub when it comes and inspect it thoroughly before calling for appt.. Cannot reschedule; ordrng 1 W11409865 (Re order TUB)

"CX complaint is oven lights. Inspected/tested and found when door closed on top oven the lights stay dim and dont turn off. When door is opened the left light get really bright and the right one turns off.. CX stated unit worked fine until they used self clean. Unit had and F6E4 error code for control and UI issue. Ordering door latch, controls and console. Cannot reschedule due to fbo parts needed; ordrng 1 W11598123 (latch) and 1 W11600355 (console) and 1 W11261169 (control) and 1 W11261167 (control)"
