"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Cooktop keeps clicking after the center burners are ignited. Made sure all Switch Harnesses are fully pushed down on to the Manifold Gas Valves. Unit will need the Ignitors, Switch Harness & Spark Module. ; ordrng 1 W11679666 (HARNS-WIRE) and 1 WPW10475150 (MODULE-SPK) and 1 W11688146 (IGNTR-SURF ( Center Front)) and 1 W10876261 (IGNTR-SURF ( Center Rear))"

I had bad experience with a brand new whasher machine from Wirpool, but after 8 times, Christian finally figured it out what was wrong with it! All the technicians were very professional but couldn’t solve the problem; Christian did! So I’m grateful that the company listens to my complain and keep trying until it was resolved! Very grateful for that.

Jason was very personable and discovered the solution to our problem immediately. He gave us great follow up guidance to make our appliance work. We need to purchase a different water filter , even thought the one purchased matched the serial numbers.
