"Customer complaint was the unit was running too long I have to climb explain it to me. The time it takes was about 3 hours. I explained to the client that it's completely normal time and called Whirlpool, and they also confirm that it can take over 3 hours. Client was basing the dishwasher off his old dishwasher that only took a hour and 20 minutes. Show client in the user and care guide that it can take up to 2 to 5 hours. To complete a brand new cycle. Client is also going to shorten his drain line. Because he's still getting some backwash inside the dishwasher."

Client complaint was dishwasher contained you to run. And an order would come back inside the dishwasher. After it's confirmed the issue. We seen that the drain holes was stuffed underneath the Dishwasher and Under the sink there was no loopPull the drain lines out from underneath. The dishwasher. Showed cx how it should be installed. Client said he will get a shorter drain line

"cx complained unit smelled like gas, confirmed cx complaint. unit only smelled like gas when unit ignited to reach temps, then smell went away. advised cx that ,that was normal for a unit to smell like gas when first igniting. unit is working as should"

cx complaint was unit didnt spin confirmed issue replaced control order by last tech tested by putting wet towels in unit and letting it spin dry everything worked as it should

cx complaint unit is not draining just got unit and installed doesnt have recipt to update pop. inspected unit and found it full of water brand new disposal. found disposal plug still in place so hit that out and now unit drains. i then ran diagnostics and unit went through fine sounds good and heats at the end. i then went over use and care with rinse aid for drying and we filled the rinse aid tank up. called safety and documented issue cody unit is good to go
