"cx complaint washer won't turn on - no operation - top load washer - has power (lights on) checked unit and found all major componets checked good while testing notice water steady flowing , found cx has drainline way to low with a hole drilled threw the wall and the drainline running outside . unit putting water in while its steady siphon outside while trying to sense . advised cx to run drain line above washer to allow it to properly fill. advised to use hold drain hole that house was built with . cx agreed ."
