" 7733872406Confirmed cx complaint unit not functioning. Cx states they were cooking a potato then the fuse blew, they replaced the fuse but the unit is still not working. Inspected unit, found wave guide cover melted, wave guide damaged. Spoke with techline, unit non repairable."
